holy crap! thats the nicest S2K i've seen!!! Damn, wish i could buy it...i will be in the market for a car in a few months though, with a $30k max budget. This will probably be sold by them, and i think i want a used M3.
My boy has a black S2k, and that's fun enough to drive, and all it has is an AEM CAI, i can't imagine this rice rocket with a S/C. Jeez, the only Honda i would ever buy, and damn is this a nice one!

cool, how much? I've been searching auto trader, and like here in cali for the low 30's you can get something NICE. For example, there was a 02 M3 black with navi, 6 spd, loaded, 39k miles, and the guy was only asking $32k!!! It's sold now though
Of course i'de get a 6 sp, auto would be terrible. My friends uncle has an 04 M3, and i've been in love since he let me drive it.

It's the 5 spd. auto tranny with the E,S, and M functions. I'm not sure what BMW calls it. It can be altered between the paddles, toggle on the lever itself, or full automatic. It was weird though. He put it in full auto and when the car would go to switch gears, it would jerk really bad. Almost like we were at full throttle and then he just got off the gas.

Makes sense, now I know

Let's be honest, the extra radiator is meant to respemble an intercooler, which it is not. While there are a few ways to turbo charge an S2000 there are alot more to supercharge the thing. This person, however performnace minded, went after the look of an intercooler. WHY? Well no one knows the answer to that question, but clearly the answ2er is that he prefered the look of this unit. This is pure Rice if you ask me. The car is nice, and would be a lot better if there were dyno plots and the rocer radiator was removed. I have seen the charge cooler radiator before, and it is small. While it is true that there may be a small increase in efficiency by using this radiator, without dyno plots that point is moot, and can not be proven. A turbo system is the best route to go if you want max power. As for HP, this car already has a wet Nitrous system, and I am shocked if it doesn't blow up the engine after a few uses.
Look, the S2000 is a great car, and there are several good tuning options out there. They all produce about the same Hp numbers. I have never seen this intercooler look-alike system used or dynoed. Untill the "gains" are provable and reliable, it is a rice modification, not a nice one. I drive a Lotus now, and will get it turbo'ed soon. When I do, I promise not to have the largest "bling-bling" intercooler and the loudest Blow-off valve I can find. Why? Because it is silly and immature. As my previous posts stated, this is a nice car, but there is a lot of rice involved in it too. Some people like this type of thing, and some like me think it is beyond laughable.
