what condition are these rims in? it looks like there is some scratches on the lip, maybe its just the pic. were they ever mounted to tires or used on a car, if so how long? and what is the reccomended tire size to use with these rims? and are there any fitment issues on the evo or is this the right offset and everything? please pm me with better pics and such, serious buyer with cash, but i need them shipped
