Lol, I do want to state that I'm not saying the rod was defective, But at the very least a crazy coincidence. I am however saying their customer service was terrible. I'm going to have the injectors checked to make sure ones not defective and have the Turbo and head gone through before the new engine fires up, hopefully everything checks out and this thing can make some boost next summer.

Id did but wasn't the primary cause of the failure. The rod was bent before the rod bolts broke. The bottom of the piston was ripped apart and the piston is wedged in the bore crooked and rotated. The rod cap was found on the intake side of the engine wedged up towards the deck. Ive only found part of the bearing, there are no indications of heat on any metal surface(crank, rod or bearing piece that I have found.

Thank you.
I've been driving the car around after work this week. Its been doing pretty good, just sorting out all the small things that arise with a full build. Flooring it feels nice, its been way to long since Ive been in a quick car. Also took it to the scale today, it was right about where I thought it would. Full interior, all power options still intact, no cutting of any kind, heat, sunroof, wipers etc etc with my tool bag I never leave home without came to 2860 on 3/8 tank of gas.
