Photo update to come soon!

By next week+ I "should" have custom pistons/custom camshafts/rods/overbore block/ complete custom competition head work/ 4" FMIC, maybe more. As you can tell from the photos though... things normally don't go smooth for me haha. Everyone keep your fingers crossed for "White Rice."

In the meantime....

Stock Evo X VS. 598 hp LS3 wrist pin

I think your problem may have started in the clutch department. Looks like the whole deal was overheated, from TO bearing to flywheel. I'd venture to guess that the clutch failed first due to heat and the resulting over-rev floated the valve and took out the rest of your happiness. I see you have a BBC in the shop.....engine swap?

Man that is some carnage !n but I am sure you'll come back stronger

Observation, for some reason the Evo X has a worse precedence on blows engines than the Evo 8 and 9 did back when they came out.

tephra- holy crap.... what the hell happened to that clutch?
Haha I am surprised no one else said something earlier. I knew it was going to be a good day when my friend says, "The rings around the input shaft are so hot I had to cut the clutch off! I've only done this once...and it was for our GT3 Cup Car that ran for 24hrs straight" full of WIN

had to un seize the motor and rotate it so i could undo the pressure plate bolts though the starter hole!
