Yea i have an old build thread. But once things get further along I will be starting a new one. Yea im excited for the new turbo. The 6262 was the old billet wheel non cea, had a lot of fun with it and great power. The new 6266 cea is goin to outspool my old one, or it should. Good thing I've got a harness....

Yea no kidding. 875 on a mustang is no joke, are you going to fill the block?

 

875 would be awesome, but ill be happy around 830-850ish on the Mustang Dyno. With that power thats more then enough to make a 8 Second pass. I just have to drive the car there lol which im confident. Last season my first track day i went 9.1@156. My block is not filled, and i dont plan on filling it.

 

You were in high 700s at that point correct?

 

On the old Mivec head i made 777WHP on the 6765 on the Mustang dyno. I did switch to the Evo 8 head at the end of the last season with the STM 650 cams. Went on the dyno, had a problem never got a good number but went to the track and went 9.13@159 and a best MPH of 163.9. I would say the car was about 20 whp up then the mivec head so around 800. But ill never know exact. Car shouldnt have no problem making 850 this week. After it makes around that it comes off the dyno and straight to the track!

Going on the Dyno Wednesday night ladies and gents. It's finally time to put the car to work and see how this 6766 does Im stoked for wednesday, i cant wait to see what she lays down and even more stoked to get to the track in a few weeks.

Im going to order my M/H Slicks tomorrow and after the dyno day, sending out my Slipstreams to get powder coated Gloss Black. April 16th, which is a Monday i am dropping off the car to the chassis shop for the cage and shute mount. They said they need it the whole week so ill get the car either on the weekend or that following monday. Then the plan is to bring the car back to my house and paint the interior of the car and be ready for the track that weekend. Car will be ready to rock the last weekend in April. That will be my first track day!

Hell yea man I have been awaiting these numbers for months along with everybody else Im sure. Good luck this year man that 8 sec pass will come soon. Ive always said you only get outta something what you put into it and from I see you have put your heart and soul into this. I picked up a 6766 today so hopefully I should have some dyno numbers soon. How far do you plan on taking the boost? I think Ima shoot for atleast 40 maybe 42. I sure hope your car hooks up with this new found power. Good luck this year man
