I hear ya man, I was taking a few things out of my EVO 8 and weighing them and wasn't too impressed at how little weight change there was. Then I thought maybe I should just get on a treadmill and become a race jockey.

Next Saturday temps look like they should be good and I may give it one final try. It kills me to know the car went 116 mph in the 1/8th on a half *** pass blowing the tires off literally in every gear and a junk 60'. My 9.4 pass a long time ago had a 115.xx mph in the 1/8th. With a good sixty the car should go well into the 120's in the 1/8th I'd think.

Certain drivetrain issues have prevented me from driving the car how I want. Also a lot of the videos I've posted are passes that I was just getting a feel for the track. I won't bang gears unless I feel everything is right to do so. Getting the car to sixty has been a challenge this year. You have to understand there is no reason to tear through gears and F stuff up when the sixty is junk. I've broken many parts and wasted tons of cash on drivetrain parts in the past. I'd like to think I've learned my leason. I promise you guys the car is finally setup the way it should be. The trans is butter and clutch is actually working now. Give me a good track with good conditions and I will get it done.
Back when the car was on the FP Black everything worked great. The car would sixty well (1.37 being the best) and flat out drive nice.
Obviously your comment kinda pissed me off lol. If people only knew the truth behind the 'drivetrain' issues I've had this year...man. But I don't care to share certain things on the forums. People who know me and have been around for awhile can relate.

Yeah, ignore sharkbites comment Chris. Sheesh.
You've broken so many driveline parts and been through a ton of ****. You are absolutely right in not beating the crap out of the car on a bad pass, makes zero sense what-so-ever. You are one of the better drivers out there actually and shift excellent, when the pass is right. Great common sense when it comes to that.

Ohhhh wait....that is on Forza
I will most likely stay with QM. I had a stronger pressure plate spring installed this time around when I had QM rebuild it and it seemed to make a difference. I'd LOVE a Tilton but just can't spend $4-5 grand for a clutch. Maybe Tilton can sponsor me a clutch lol.

I know you can drive but we all know you can shift it just a little faster that's all.
