It is an Air/water setup. Are you referring to the heat ex-changer in the front of the car where a front mount typically is or the Air/water core where the fuse box normally is?

If you push this engine and get exhaust temps up there, which it looks like u will, it will most likely burn through.

Seriously, "normal" is relative to where you live or where the car came from. Obviously states that see tons of salt in the winter due to heave snow are rough on cars.

Looking good so far. Man thats a lot going on the a factory fuel hanger. In regards to the downpipe. Ive built a few aluminum downpipes on LS based motors and not seen any problems. Just needs to be good quality. All those cars made 800+whp thru a 3 inh dp. So i think with the it flowing better you will be ok.

quick update. I finished the Air/water setup. Renewing the tags monday and going for it's street tune next week. I don't think anyone could be as excited as I am for next week to get here.

Can you provide more information regarding the battery setup? It looks like it's been professionally assembled. Did you buy this piece or put it together yourself? I ask because I have experience in aviation/mil-spec wiring. It looks fantastic.
More information on the battery as well!

Sorry Acree, I missed it the first time somehow. I bought all the parts and made it myself. Most of it from ebay. lol. It is just standard interlocking relay harness I modified with nut rivets to attach it to the plate I mounted to the battery box with a car audio breaker terminals and etc..
