My typical overkill build... :) shooting for 1000+ hp

I've been working on the car for over a year now but it's sometimes hard to find time to dedicate to the project between my lovely and supporting wife, three kids and work that requires me to travel to Asia more times than most of you have looked at Asian ****...haha. All that coupled with moving 1000 miles away from home and all my fellow car friends, it get's really boring working on it by myself so my motivation is sometimes slim.

A little history on me:
I'm a do it big or go home kinda person so the project got a little wilder every time I touched it and ordered parts. (it started out as I just want a fun 500hp car and now....well you will see)

A little history on the car:
I bought the car July 3 2011 in Ohio, drove the car home, took it apart and the goal kept getting higher and higher in my head..... sooo here we are.
I plan on it being a "street car" by that I mean I will drive it to the street scene and it will be tagged and insured. Outside of that it is a street car in a race car body.

Motor and head are BR Stage 3 2.0l setup
Driveline is Shepracing (trans and transfer case) w/ exedy triple carbon
Ignition sytem= Spoolin up CDI kit (Thanks Matt! Kick *** company)
Fuel= Custom triple modified walbro 255's (**** ton of fuel) w/ -10 feed, -8 return ss braided teflon core so all lines and hardware are E85 compatible. (factory siphon system works)
Weldon FPR
Magnus hard anodized fuel rail
TTR FF turbo manifold I like the fact it sits behind the front headlight. IDK just think it looks bad ***.
Turbo= Hybrid BW/ DBB (comp turbos DBB center cartage w/ billet backing plate and BW S374 compressor setup)
Intake manifold= Currently pictured with the weapon-R but changing to JMF Race and billet 70mm TB setup this weekend.
Engine management= SD stock ECU
Intercooler= Custom Air/water setup, the core is good to 1500hp and has a 350gph water pump and a air/air heat exchanger that rivals most air/air intercoolers in size. lol
Twin Tial 50mm BOV's
Custom battery and fuse box relocation along with as much wire tucking as I could until I got tired of soldering.
Custom tubular front
Custom Aluminum 4" exhaust
ABS delete....etc....etc... the list continues I'm sure.
I've fired the car up to check for leaks, etc and so far so good. I hope to finish all the Misc task required to drive it in the next couple of weeks.. and since my best friend is a professional AV guy it will be one epic vid I promise to post for everyone.
A short vid he made just playing around while I was working on the car.
http://vimeo.com/39595370

Now I'll get on with the pics. *note all the "custom" work was done by me, I'm always open to ideas for improvement but I don't do well with criticism unless you helped me build it so hopefully you get the point.

Updated Videos- It lives!
A few video updates! So far so Good. Gonna try and wrap things up this week and tune it next week. Wish me luck.

On the 2 Step

First "drive" in over 1.5 years!

Walk around

Custom Borg Warner S374 DBB turbo. Ahh it spins so nice.
http://s48.beta.photobucket.com/user...oSpin.mp4.html

Battery Tray and relay setup for the fuel pumps and air/water pump. The battery sits completely in the spare tire compartment and isn't visible with the carpet in.

its dirty but you can see how it fits in the spare tire well.

Fuel System:

Fuel pumps: 3x modified walbro 255's

fuel filters and 3 #6an to 1 #10an fuel block. sorry for the crappy pic, it was hard to get a pic with the car so low to the ground.

Video of Siphon system working.

Before the Tubular front support.

My air/air setup before I changed my mind and went water/air.

Turbo close-up

Getting started to clean up the engine bay wiring.

Tubular front:

Air/water setup

Heat Exchanger for air/water

I'll keep everyone posted with more pics and vids.

Looks like a wicked build so far! So much going on with the top of the stock fuel pump assembly How much weight did the tubular front save?

No joke. Getting everything to line up and in the right spot on the pump assembly was a pain! The tubular front saved around 10lbs but looks nicer IMO.

Looking good, loven the turbo placement. My origanl plan was to have the turbo there and run the exhaust out the fender and the dumps out the hood.

Keep it up

Thanks Collin,
I wanted to do the dump and exhaust the same way you did but I wouldn't make it out of my neighborhood before the cops pulled me over. lol
