STM's Evo RS 2013 Build Thread
#35
Last year it made 805 HP with a best time of 8.71 @ 168
My expectations are: Faster.
I don't have any experience with this turbo, but the fact that it's going in this car says a lot. Between the knowledge with Robert at FP and Emery... along with the Buschur motor and the skills Austin and Cory have here in our shop... I don't think this car is going to disappoint.
Then, there's the matter of "Will it go straight." Dyno HP is one thing... taming the beast down the track is another, entirely! Hang on tight!

Good luck with the build, cant wait for some results
The Red Demon was in the "Hot Rod class" because it had lexan front/rear windows, no front interior, and no working headlights. The car was 2550 lbs with me in it last year which would have been fine for the "street fighter class". The weight limit for the hot rod class is 2200 with a driver, so getting the car close to 2000 lbs should be fine for the hot rod class. The car that won my class (hotrod vs. X275) last year was in the mid to low 7's.

The car weighed 2200 lbs last year. This year it will have carbon doors, Full laxan and quite a bit will be taken out of it to get it down to the proper weight. We have a lot to do and not much time to do it. Hopefully we can get it done.
The wheels are 15X8. If you are looking for a set, let us know. We can get them no problem.
