Actually I was able to take a hammer and get the valves straight and I took aggieEvo's advice with jb weld. BAM good as new! car is back on the road.

All kidding aside, I am sending a new block out to have built whenever the he is free and has room for me. No hurry I am a broke student haha.

Far as the wire tuck goes, with in 5 minutes I found some surprises. Well I can't say that I was too surprised.

And even farther in the was some more exposed wires. No wonder I was getting p0335/p0340

My question to the attention to detail people out there. I feel that but connectors are a tacky way to fix this especially how close it is to the plug. Would soldering be the right way or just get a new plug? I guess for a peace of mind, I am going order a new plug and be done.

Also, I inherited this beast. I can not get my hands on the title. My aunt was in charge of an estate and the owner passed away with no contact with living relatives. I am going to part it out for some extra funds

Well not much is going on here so I thought I'd give an update:

Block is sent out to be built.

I decided to get a full blown 70mm tb so I am giving a shot at some porting work on the intake mani.

So far it is going smooth. I am taking it into class today so I can weld some extra material around the flange to get a nice and true 70mm port.

If I am happy, I will post pictures. If not I will try again and again.

Decided to go with an all new turbo set up. I will be doing all the fab work myself for the manifold, dp and full exhaust. I went from getting it back on the road to making a monster.

Today I am going to wash the car and remove some unnecessary components in the engine bay. Also I might drop in a block to mock up the manifold.
