Mine started, I screamed like a child. Felt good and my car is a peasants rig compared to yours.

UPDATE: Got another step further, front brakes are 90% done all I have to do is mount the braided brake line to the coilover brackets and that will be done. Went to extreme psi and bought a bunch of stuff, included a mishimoto reinforced lower radiator hose (unfortunately all you can purchase is both the upper and lower so I have the upper for sale) , also got the extreme psi fpr mount which I mounted it next to the cams. tial 50mm bov , 44mm wastegate and some oem bolts/nuts. Painted the heat shield that was under the car and I also got 2 out of the 3 catch can lines run. Only one left is the one that vents the block. Enjoy a few pictures that I posted.

UPDATE: 10/02/2020 I got all the brakes on. All I need to do now is figure out what I need to connect the front lines to the rear braided stm lines provided. Pretty much its AN fittings that mates to the rear braided brake lines. Ordered some parts , the finish line is near with start up. The only thing that will be holding me back is wait time on ceramic coating and the building of the forward facing manifold.

Parts Ordered:

STM Coolant Overflow (Behind intercooler)
STM Hot Parts Kit (minus turbo manifold)
Rota Slipstreams 15x7

Parts Left to buy:

Aem Ems V2
Turbo Manifold
Turbo Blanket
Turbo
STM Lower Intercooler Pipe
Aem boost gauge & Wideband
ATI 52mm Dual Gauge Pod

Just read through the whole thing and maaan this is definitely one epic build!! This should be stickied once it's complete so future Evo owners can use it as motivation to take on a similar challenge.

I just read through your build. Amazing work! I plan on rebuilding a car like this one day. Strip it completely down, clean it up, put it back together. And, yes, I know how large of a project it is. That's why I am very impressed with your work.

If you were closer, I would've loved to help you with the build.

One thing I wasn't sure of. Did you rebuild the engine that came in your car or did you end up piecing another engine to build?

Thank you! I appreciate it. OEM parts/bolts are getting harder to get. The parts are starting to be discontinued. Sold the original built motor which was a 2.3L and I pieced together another motor and had it built by Buschur Racing 2.0LR ...
