F/S 2005 EVO VIII Tarmac Black 22,000 miles NEW PHOTOS!

Hello everyone

Additional info:

I will sell the car for $26,000 with stock Enkei's, RS-R catback, gauges, and leave out 18X8 Privat Sekt's, amp. boost controller, and turbo timer for individual purchase. Give me your best offer on a:

2005 EVO VIII with SSL package, 22,000 miles...

The time has come that I must put my family first and sell my new EVO VIII. For those not familiar with my EVO history I had an '03 EVO that had major electrical problems and traded it in for an '05. I love this car but, my family comes first. This car has been baby'd like you wouldn't believe. I have had all oil changes and tire rotations at my mitsu dealer. I've logged every gas fill up in the back of my manual so you can see I've been averaging 23-26 miles per gallon, yes, I drive it like an 80 year old woman ! Enclosed are pics. I've got in addition to the '05 with SSL package:

off the car today, 18x8 Privat Sekt wheels with BF KDW 2's- all 7500 miles

I have the stock Enkei's wrapped with Blizzaks, on for the winter.

I have a Kenwood 4 channel amp, not installed that came from my '03

I have a Halman MBC not installed that came off of my '03

I have a Greddy type II Turbo Timer, brand new still in the box

I have installed, the RS-R GT II catback exhaust, this exhaust is sweet! I also have the stock exhaust if buyer wants it.

I'm planning to put this on Auto Trader but wanted to post here first. Figured the real die hards would be here, those who can appreciate this car !

Please, only serious offers...

I'm asking $28,500 for everything listed...please provide feedback on the deal but I think it's fair taking everything into consideration... PM with questions.

Regards,

MVEOVA

$31,000 is too much, not fair at all. I would just buy a brand new evo for that. $27,000 sounds better. Just some FYI.

BBYBruno, 27,000 for a brand new EVO VIII with the SSL package? I'd doubt very much you could find one for that price... I've also got an additional $2700 in additional equipment which I outlined in my first email. My price is not concrete but 27000 for my car, plus all that comes with it, is off base.

Thanks for your input though

31 seems like alot you can get a used mr for that much. I would try a little lower if you want more interest.

Additional equipment does not add much value to your car, you know that. The highest you would sell your car for is probably 28,000.

he wasn't saying that he could buy a new evo for 27, 000, he's saying that 27,000 is what you should ask for your evo, you could get a new one for 31,000.

bump tho.

BBYBRUNO- are you the leading expert on mods. If a buyer is planning on doing similar mods they will have no problem paying the extra cash for them. Now, if he has a 27" Pioneer TV in the trunk, then maybe that would be a worthless mod to some. But, we are talking about the normal mods we do to our EVO's. Why on Earth would you try to hijack someone's thread. Keep stupid comments to yourself. Let him and potential buyers dictate the selling price. Good luck on the sale MVEOVA. Stay realistic about the price, but stay firm also. We all benefit from it in the long run.

The car is only WORTH what BUYERS are WILLING TO PAY! $31000 is over the top. But good luck.

No i'm not the leading expert on mods. It's called common sense. I'm not trying to hi jack his thread. He just needs to be realistic and you need to hop off his nuts, are your his lawyer. I gaurentee he will not get $29-31k for his car.

I never said i was firm at 31K, but I've checked the market for 05's with around the same miles, then added in my few mods. I'm already talking to someone about selling the car stock for less than what I posted. I have know problem removing my 18X8 Sekt's and putting the stock enkei's on the car... The Sekt's are pretty hard to get and I've got offers for those alone. Either way, I'm fair. I'm not stupid as to post I'll sell my 05 SSL EVO for 27,000, with only 7000 miles on it and 3000 in additional mods...Doesn't make much sense if you ask me Bruno...
