not true. a friend of mine bought a mazda protege 5 with a JUNK TITLE! all it had, i mean all it had was a cracked front bumper, and 2 broken headlights. that was straight from the insurance auction. now, he turned the car into an assemblied title.

about a month ago i bought an audi s4 with salvage title only thing was missing headlights and ignition key and how do you explain salvage title on this you think these 2 items were 70% of the car value.

just an advise. i dont know how well you know paypal, but whatever you do, DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL AS A METHOD OF PAYMENT! that is unless your going to ship the car. as soon as a big transaction is made, they will immediatley sieze the money and ask for a tracking number and to verfiy your identity.
