FS: AMS 2.3L Fully Built Evo
I am selling my 2003 Evo with sunroof. The car has 23,467 miles on it as of this post. I will continue to drive it until it is sold so the miles will be different upon delivery. The car has been maintained meticulously and never raced or abused. Never dynoed, yet at least.
The engine was just put in the car ~500 miles ago. It has been properly broken in as per instructions from AMS. All fluids have been changed after the break in and it has been tuned. While the engine was out I had the clutch rebuilt so it will be brand new as well. I figured since it was apart, might as well make everything new that I can. Transmission from TRE was installed at ~20k miles and is barely used as well. All other parts have only been on the car for a few thousand miles with the exception of the exhaust, and intake, which I've had for a while. Turbo is still stock which makes it very torquey. All it would need is a couple grand for a turbo kit and it would be a 10-sec Viper-killing supercar!
This car has only the best parts on it, first rate parts for a first rate car. Plus, I'm the kind of person that only buys the best, anyone who knows me can attest to that. I just got engaged a few months ago and will be buying a house soon so the toy has got to go in favor of something cheaper with less temptation.
The car is worth ~25,000 according to NADA in stock condition. I have just spent ~15,000 putting in the new longblock, clutch and getting tuned. Total the car has easily30,000 in parts and tuning. There's over 3,500 in audio alone!!!
List of mods can be found below and a link to an album of pics is at the bottom.
My asking price is 30,000 without audio, 32,500 with audio. This is a couple thousand less than NADA plus less than 50% of money invested. The price is negotiable, make a reasonable offer and you won't be refused!

I would rather keep the car as is. I have A LOT of time and A LOT of money to get it how it is and it would break my heart to have to piece it out. I know it's just rims but, ya know. If nobody is interested after a while I may consider it but for now it's a package deal.
