FS: Relist of Forge Motorsport '05 Evo 8 GSR - Lots of Pics and Videos

THIS CAR HAS SOLD!

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO ENQUIRED ABOUT IT.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, THANK YOU TO MIKE D. IN CHICAGO IL.

I am relisting my car for sale as it is as complete as it's going to get and I am no longer driving it. It is currently parked in the showroom at Forge in Orlando, and it will remain there until a buyer is found.

This car has been built by myself and the rest of the staff of Forge Motorsport US and UK for development, testing, prototyping and promotional purposes. Many Forge Motorsport products were designed with this vehicle as the test-bed, and many parts on this particular Evo are unique in that they may vary slightly from production versions of our products or they are completely one of a kind.

The sole reason for selling this car is that I soon plan to purchase a house and need something cheaper for the time being. There are no issues with the car that are not mentioned. This car has a clean Florida title and has NEVER had any mechanical issues.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

- This car still has the full remainder of it’s factory warranty in tact on any and all parts not replaced with aftermarket components. The recommended dealership for servicing is Sport Mitsubishi on West Highway 50 (Colonial Drive) in Orlando. Please see the Magnuson-Moss Act and Clean Air Act Warranty Provisions with any addtional warranty concerns.

- ALL Forge Motorsport products installed on or included with this car include a No-Hassle Unlimited Lifetime Warranty against any and all defects and failures. Forge Motorsport will repair, or replace any product that experiences a problem for the life of the product at no cost.

- Oil and filter changed religiously every 3,000 miles with Mobil1 10w/30 fully synthetic oil and a K&N brand oil filter.

I will modify, add and/or subtract information from this listing as things may change before the sale.

Points of Interest:

The car is in need of new tires. The buyer can select their tire of choice and I will have them put on the wheels before the car is picked up.

The front bumper needs repainting due to scratches incurred during shipment from California. This will also be taken care of for the buyer before the car is picked up.

The Transmission, Transfer Case and Diff. fluids will be changed before the sale.

The stickers on the car are easily removed if the buyer doesn't care for them.

This car has NEVER been raced. Should the new owner be concerned with quarter mile times, this setup should be good for low 12 second or mid to high 11 second passes, depending upon the skill of the driver.

This vehicle was not specifically setup for drag racing, however. I selected modification that would be more appropriate for auto cross, road racing, or time attack type of events.

Though I have yet to dyno this car, I would guess that it is currently very easily at or above 350 wheel horsepower and 350 lb/ft of torque. I hope to have it dyno’d before it sells so as to be able to provide the new owner with as much detailed information as possible.

The OEM clutch is still installed in this car and is in perfect working order and should last for many more thousand miles. It has never been slipped nor abused in any way.

I haven't dyno'd it yet; I hope to be able to do so before it sells, but it should be roughly around 350 whp and wtq.

Awesome car, very nice setup - big props! G/L. I'd love to rock it on the road courses but I'm not currently in the market.

Bump for a great deal. I want this car badly but it needs to find a home and it's NOT fair to try and hold up it's sale so I can get my act together.

Then again, please don't buy it so I can!
