FS: 2003 LY Evo 8, 29K miles, $15k in mods
Time to let her go and start a new project. I have had this car for about 2 1/2 years now. Car is garage kept and I try to not drive it in the rain unless necessary. This car has been in two calendars, sponsored by BF Goodrich and has appeared in a number of their booths including their Nopi Nationals booth where it was shown briefly on TunerVision. I have been approached for magazine features, etc. There is less than 29k miles ont he motor and body, only about 2k miles on the turbo kit. Looking to get $26k OBO.
Here is a list of modifications:

If I end up parting out and going back to stock, I will be selling the wheels or trading for stockers + cash
The tires are 235/40/18 with 90% tread left. The tires are my sponsorship tires and I received my sponsorship when I had 18x8.5 wheels. I had to keep the tires for the duration of my sponsorship (ended in December). I have not tried to renew my sponsorship because I was going to sell the car. Whoever buys the car should be able to reapply with BFG (or any tire company for that matter), get a new set of tires, and sell the old ones if they are willing to take that initiative. Otherwise, the tires have been fine for me on these wheels for the past several months and should continue to be fine (they have more than plenty of life left in them). I would suggest a set of track wheels and tires if planning on using this car at the track.
