FS: 2003 LY Evo 8, 29K miles, $15k in mods

Time to let her go and start a new project. I have had this car for about 2 1/2 years now. Car is garage kept and I try to not drive it in the rain unless necessary. This car has been in two calendars, sponsored by BF Goodrich and has appeared in a number of their booths including their Nopi Nationals booth where it was shown briefly on TunerVision. I have been approached for magazine features, etc. There is less than 29k miles ont he motor and body, only about 2k miles on the turbo kit. Looking to get $26k OBO.

Here is a list of modifications:

Engine
Precision built 50-trim dual ball-bearing turbo, Tial 35mm wastegate, RnR manifold and IC piping, Buschur Racing Cat-back, HKS downpipe, HKS 272 cams, Fidanza Cam Gears, RPS race clutch, ACT flywheel, HPF stainless steel clutch line, ARP headstuds, SunAuto ignition amp, Worx Tuning BOV, XS Engineering front mount intercooler, FIC 750cc injectors, Greddy Profec B electronic boost controller

Interior
Sparco Milano seats, Zeitronix ZT2 wideband and boost display, Apexi turbo timer, Megan short shifter, Kartboy shifter bushings

Exterior
JDM evo IX rear bumper, JDM Evo MR taillights, Carbon fiber lip

Suspension
K-Sport adjustable coilovers, Cusco titanium strut bar, Hotchkis rear sway bar

Wheels/Tires
18x9.5" Rota P45R wheels wrapped in BF Goodrich KDW tires

I also have a majority of the stock parts that will be included with the sale including the stock turbo, IC piping, exhaust, cams, gears, rear bumper, etc.

And, of course, a few pictures. These pictures are from about 2 months ago...

Please PM me if interested. Also, be aure to ask any friends, relatives, coworkers if they are looking for an Evo. Thanks for looking!

If I end up parting out and going back to stock, I will be selling the wheels or trading for stockers + cash

The tires are 235/40/18 with 90% tread left. The tires are my sponsorship tires and I received my sponsorship when I had 18x8.5 wheels. I had to keep the tires for the duration of my sponsorship (ended in December). I have not tried to renew my sponsorship because I was going to sell the car. Whoever buys the car should be able to reapply with BFG (or any tire company for that matter), get a new set of tires, and sell the old ones if they are willing to take that initiative. Otherwise, the tires have been fine for me on these wheels for the past several months and should continue to be fine (they have more than plenty of life left in them). I would suggest a set of track wheels and tires if planning on using this car at the track.

So those wheels and tires on your car in that picture is:

18x9.5 or 18x8.5 (b/c Rota I thought didn't make these in 9.5)

235's or wider tires?

yes rota does make these in 9.5" wide with concave offset as seen in the pics. The tires are indeed 235's
