FS/Trade 91 Eclipse GS-T 5 speed

With all the commuting I do now, I have decided to put my 1g up for sale/trade. I'm "asking" $1400obo, or for something that is reliable, and better yet, good on gas. Here is the details:

The car:
Red 91 GST 5 speed
141,???k
Stock rims painted bronze/gold, with fairly new tires
Typical grey interior
Shifts fine
Non abs

Just replaced:
Front axles
Pass side outer tie rod
Grey powder coated valve cover w/ all new gaskets
Thermostat housing, w/ all new OEM gaskets, tstat, and cap.
All vacuum lines eliminated
Throttle body gaskets
OEM Battery
OEM timing belt, water pump, crank pulley, cam & crank seals, drive belts, timing belt tensioners.
TurboXS MBC
3" intake w/ K&N
Radiator
Dual gauge pod w/ Autometer 2 1/16 Ultra-Lite boost gauge and a Sport Comp series volt gauge (all not installed yet)

The bad/needs:
Typical paint fade, very little rust near one of the rear quarters.
Headliner sags
Driver side window off track, so you need to "help" it up, does seal though.
Missing few misc interior pieces, small stuff like coin holder, ashtray, cig lighter.
Needs egr block off
Needs an exhaust bad. It is still the stock one, and the flex has started rotting.
Pop up headlights are half way up right now (lazy eyed)
Fog lights removed

Now the worse thing. The car has a starting issue. It seems to be the starter, so I tried one I picked up off someone used, and still no luck. Could be power going to it, could have just been a junk starter, who knows. The car does run and drive. Once you pop start it, it runs strong. Between the hours at work, and my mom being in the hospital right now, I just have not had the time to look at it, and quite frankly right now, neither do I want to. If the car does not go this week, I will just try and have it towed to work and looked at.
