FS: 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution (BBY)

My 2003 BBY Evo is up for sale. 41,XXX miles on it and I’m still using it as a daily driver so the mileage could still go up. Oil changes every 3,000 miles with Mobil 1. Front Diff fluid and Tranny fluid changed ~ 1,000 miles ago. Car has a clean title and has never been dragged or tracked. I had big plans for the car, but would rather get into an Evo IX.
I am the second owner and I got it with 20,000 miles on it in Sept. 2005. The car has always been garaged and I’ve kept it very well maintained (for an 03 evo). It has a very minor blemishes and I’ll probably try to get a picture showing them. I wash and detail it almost every week and don’t beat on my cars. I will try to work with any buyer (within the US) about shipping or pickup. The brakes are being completely revamped, turned rotors, new stock rear pads and new PFC front pads. Tires have approx. 12k miles on them (Falken Ziex 512). Car had a new timing belt @ 30,000 miles Price is 21,000 FIRM.
First I’m going to try to sell it modified, but if I cant I’ll return to stock and probably trade in to carmax.
The car had the wing replaced by warrenty however the brembo's are faded and could use a new clear coat.
I’m not looking for trades, unless you own a GG Evo IX.
Modifications:
The car has Factory HID and a Sunroof.
• DNP o2 housing (tapped for egt)

• AEM Fuel pressure regulator
• Perrin Fuel Rail
• 650 cc injectors
• Greddy Profec B boost controller
• Greddy Turbotimer
• Pillar gauges (Greddy EGT, AEM wideband, Greddy boost)
• Vortex Generator (not installed but will be included)
• Perrin Shorty Antenna
• 10.5 hotside
• ACT clutch with flywheel (new @ 20,000 miles)
• Viper Alarm System
• HKS 264 / 272 cams
• Walbro 255 lph fuel pump
• 35% ( i think) tint all the way around
I’m probably missing a few things. I’ll post interior pictures once I take them, I have a stereo in the car will include if I get a reasonable price for my car. most stock parts I do not have, but the ones I have will go with the car, and yes I do have the stock ECU which has been flashed by Al.
Car put down 333 whp and 326 ft lb torque (dynojet) last fall and was dynode with the lower pipe, 10.5 hotside, mass air pipe but the boost controller was acting up and I couldn’t get a solid run but its at approximately 350 whp now. New tune by Brad @ ISP is solid as ever and its running very strong!!
The pictures are with EVORSPWR's old volks, the car will come with stock enkei's. These are the most recent pics i have until i snap some new ones this weekend.
