Its a red evo with ( i am sure ) loud exhaust. How could it be concidered a sleeper?

In case you missed the pictures, look at them again please. The exhaust is decently loud, yes. But the missing logos, rims, body kits, lips, etc etc make the car look like it only has an exhaust, until you ride in it or even try to pull on it.
