I paid for a t-case on november 15th form joosdawg. I never received t-case. communication spotty at best. now he doesnt respond to me at all. I STERNLY RECOMMEND TO AVOID ANY TRANSACTIONS FROM THIS PERSON.

I see you visit the site everyday. What do I have to do here to get resolution? It just amazes me that you would treat me like this after I treated you like a human during your needs for a transmission. What makes you think you can just ignore me? This 550 is not a big deal to me. The principal of the matter is. Its people like you that give internet transactions a bad name. Get your act cleaned up man. you are a disgrace to the human race.
pm I got:
I am in the same freakin boat with you about this guy. I bought his exhaust for $500, I paid him October 16th and I don't have an exhaust. Granted we ran into a shipping error but he doesn't return my PMs or doesn't seem to care to get this issue resolved. But he hasn't had a problem keeping my money at all over this whole time.
I tried to post up after your post in his car for sale thread but for some reason it won't let me post.
and from yet another member:
i have the same problem with him, he owes me $450 for exhaust and hes really shady and he keeps giving me excuses.
at first he said it was the shipping place that screwed him over and then he said sorry and kept on apologizing, then he said ill get you the money as soon as possible. then he buys himself new toys for his car and says now i have no money to give back to you. recently he tells me to wait until he sells his evo but i got a feeling that once he sells his evo hes gonna disapear and i wont get my money back.
its going to be 1 year in march that this has been going on.
(please post this in his thread because i cannot post it in.)

I say we find where he lives and give him a visit... Appleton Wisconsin isn't too far from a friend of mine. People like that deserve to get what is coming to them... PM me if interested

I new the oringal owner and he went through a tranny and now he blew the new tranny in that car. He bought the car from one of my buddy. He bought stuff from a guy i know and didn't have money to pay for it.
