(WA) 2005 EVO VIII 22k miles

I am selling the Evo... I am selling it to get a house.. It has been well maintained with oil changes at every 3K at the dealership .. I have owned the car since 2005 when I bought it with 6 miles on it. The car currently has just under 22K miles on it. The car was tuned by John Bradley on here via Email and logging. On the prior tune (before LICP , cams and cam gears) the car was putting down 322awhp and 330awtq I haven't had a chance to Dyno it since. The list of mods are as follows:
