FS: EB IX (AZ) nicely modded
2006 Evo IX Electric Blue GSR with 24,000 miles. The car is nicely modded and tuned! I'm located in Phoenix / Scottsdale area.
My car runs very strong. Never abused. Broken in properly. Changed fluids w/ all OEM stuff on schedule. Never tracked but taken to the drags 4 times totaling about 20 runs... best time 12.6 at 109. The interior is spotless. The exterior has some chips and a few small scratches. Normal for a car w/ 24,000 miles. I detail it all the time so the paint is in overall good condition. The car has had a couple tranny issues since I got it. All of them have since been covered under warranty. At 12,000 miles the 5th gear grind got bad... New 5th and new 2nd through 5th synchros. And taken in for gear whining at 23,000 miles and they replaced my rear diff thinking that was the cause.... Ended up being the Transfer Case so I took it back and they replaced that too.
Mods that may or may not come with the car: (I have all the stock parts and may return to stock if I don't get the asking price)

Megan catback all polished w/ Ti tip only 7,000 miles on mods
ACT HDSS Clutch w/ prolite flywheel (new less than 3,000 miles never launched)
Forge polished MBC
Works High Flow Air Filter
Hawk HP pads 4-5,000 miles
Agency Power Blue Radiator Hoses
Swift springs (new less than 3,000 miles)
Agency Power under hood shifter bushings
Defi white BF boost gauge w/ controller
Kaixen 6500K hids (they are the nicest color I have seen!)
Trustz overlay gauges
Element antena
Window Tint
Tuned by Mitch At Vivid Racing 315 whp and 265 wtq at 22 psi on 91 octane
The car also has all new Alpine components w/ 6 speakers and coax powered by an Alpine amp in the trunk. Sounds great. Pioneer pop out DVD may or may not come with deal.
THE VOLKS IN THE PICS WILL NOT BE INCLUDED.... Perfect Stock IX wheels with newer tires are coming with the car.
Reason I may sell.... I love my car to the point I may cry if she goes. The thing is I want to buy another house and think I may have found the girl I'm going to marry. Anyway, I want to get my priorities straight and do not ever see the end of the road when it comes to modding my car. I know that I will keep spending my money on all the stuff I do not really need.
ANY QUESTIONS, I WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO ANSWER.
Looking to get $25,000 unmodded in stock form (stock exhaust, air filter, springs, no defi gauge, no mbc, stock tune) and $26,500 modded as is. Still up in the air about the sound system.

so you work at honda? we passed each other on the street a few times, I am the guy with the black IX that used to owrk at the dodge store.
Gl with the sale, I just sold mine for 26k, similar miles and mods so you should have no problem selling it
