2004 Weightless White Evo BR Pump Gas Monster
Im not really sure if this is what I want to do but I figured I would throw it out there. I just dont drive the car very much and Im interested in finding a project to work on versus having a finished product. Im not extremely motivated to sell the car as it has been great having it this summer but if someone is interested in it, money talks. The car has been nothing but a pleasure to have for the past 8 months I have owned it.
I purchased the car in February 2008. Since then I have put about 8,000 miles on it and it currently has ~50,000 miles. Since purchasing the car, I have had the following modifications installed on the car.
Engine/Drivetrain
BR 2 liter with Crowers/JE
BR Stage 3 head
BF272 cams
BR ported stock intake
BR 65 mm throttle body
BR double pumper
FIC 1200 cc injectors
BR dual stage manual boost controller
BR Race FMIC
BR 3" turbo back with the Bullet center muffler
BR tubular header turbo kit with HTA35R
BR upper and lower intercooler pipes, 2.5"
Tial BOV
BR lightweight battery kit
BR COP ignition
AEM EMS
Tilton twin carbon clutch
Bushwacker Stage 1 transmission
Kartboy Base Bushings
Zaklee Shifter Bushings
Wheels/Tires/Suspension
SSR Competition 17x9 custom painted black centers
Toyo Trampio R888s 255/40/17
Apexi N1 Coilovers with custom Swift Springs
Professional alignment and corner balance
Hawk HPS Brake Pads
Exterior
BR Carbon Fiber front lip
JDM rear bumper painted to match
Front bumper repainted and license plate holes shown in pictures below were filled.
Carbon Fiber front bumper block off plates
EVO9 Headlights (HID)
EVO9 Taillights
I dropped the car off to Buschur Racing in March 2008 for all of the engine/drivetrain modifications and got it back in April 2008. Everything has about 6000 miles on it and is in great condition. A recent compression test showed ~155psi across all 4 cylinders. I also cut open every oil filter I take off the car. I have NEVER seen anything in the filters to make me believe the bearings are going out. Buschur builds these engines to last.
The car weighs in at 2990 with a half tank of gas. It has ran a best of 10.6 @ 135 on pump gas and 10.05 @ 145 on race gas. Both runs were on high 1.6x 60fts. With a little better tire or a slick, it will easily drop into the low 10s on pump gas and mid/high 9s on race gas.
Like I said, Im not extremely motivated to sell it, but if someone is interested and the price is right, I will let it go. Im looking for somewhere in the $42,000 range. So please no tire kickers with no money. This is the real deal and quite a bit less than what I have in it.
Thanks for looking.
Tim

Your car is absolutely sick. I can't believe you are even considering selling it. Definitely one of the best street/strip Evos around

Definately in the top 5 of the best built Evo's around but 20k over the book value will be hard for anyone when they could put 20k into a cheap evo and make it a monster like yours. Then you have Memo's car to compete with considering it has 0 miles on the motor and built pretty much the same other than the turbo setup and he is asking 33k. Badass car man its definately one of my favorites though!

Like I told you when you asked to buy my car, I'm not extremely motivated to sell it. This is what its worth to me, which is over $10k less than what I have in it. If someone is interested in buying a completed car and wants to save $10k+, this is an easy way to do it. If not, I'll hold on to it, run my 9 in a couple weeks and continue waxing asses on the street.
As for Memo's car, he's obviously a little more motivated than I am to sell his.

Not interested in the car (although it looks very nice), I just felt compelled to comment on your lawn. That's the best damn lawn I've ever seen.
I commend you fine sir!
