fs: 01 turbo s2000 in VA CHEAP!

Alright up for grabs here is my 01 s2000 in spa yellow pearl. The body is in great shape, little rock chips on the front bumper is about the extent of the paint damage. The car currently has an ap2 rear bumper, and Ap2 soft top with glass rear window. Car has about 88000 on her now, with regular service being performed about every 4000 miles. Now the fun stuff, the car has a lot of work done to her right now, and here is the list of current mods:
3in ultimate racing exhaust with ultimate racing 3in test pipe, has a custom v-band clamp for down pipe
Inline pro 880 injectors with inline pro resistor box
Inline pro turbo kit w/sc61
AEM tru-boost
AEM uego
AEM plug and play EMS
AEM 3.5 bar map sensor
Tuner toys map adapter
Krank vent pcv system
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Inline pro 3mm head gasket with arp head studs
Hondata intake manifold gasket
Stage 4 Competition Clutch
Pioneer cd player
The car has everything It needs to make 500hp, aside for some better tires, the current kumhos have a lot of life in them though. The car has been on inlines dyno and is currently making about 370hp. There is an exhaust leak that’s keeping numbers down, im pretty confident it’s the manifold to turbo connection. I just got married and I cant afford to finish, but this car is a great chance for someone to make a small fix and get a lot of car. All of this can be had for only 13,500. Let me know if you have any questions by e-mailing me at f4osty46@hotmail.com or calling me at 540-406-0555 and If I don’t answer leave a message with your number.

oh forgot to mention, after working on it a bit more i found a big leak from the coupler off of the turbo, fixing this and checking all the other couplers has resulted a massive decrease in spool time and a noticble increase in power. jump on this guys, great car for cheap

I know absolutely nothing about the S2k motor but can those internals handle the boost req'd to make 500 whp out of that setup?

13.5 is an absolute steal mang. I am interested.

How many owners has this car had? At how many miles was it boosted? Was it boosted when you bought it?

s2k stock internals will not hit 500whp safely/consistently.

Car looks great though! free bump

You can do a manifold gasket spacer and be fine.

To answer your question, yes the car can handle 500hp, the inlinepro headgasket reduces the compression dramticly. I beleive the car has only had 2 owners, but i know it was passed around from a few dealers before i bought it. The car was boosted when i bought it, but just bairly, it was running wastegate pressure only and had enough boost leaks that it probably wasnt doing that. Ive had it for about 12k and she has been boosted from various levels but currently sitting at 19psi. I have had no mechancal issues with the car aside from the exhaust leak, thats more annoying then any real issue,

You should do some research before you make such a declarative statement, visit s2ki.com and youll find your statement to be far from the truth. Alot of cars are running 500hp with no issues, its all in the tune. here is a pic from s2ki with dynos and mods

I don't want to hi jack your thread. Stock internals on a S2k will hit 500whp no problems? Impressive. I do apologize. All the s2k's I know personally must be scared or something if their cars can handle that without rods/pistons. Cool.

I believe the engine internals are forged, its just the block is aluminum. I have a buddy with a S2000 thats making big power just with a thicker head gasket or block plate. Whatever they are called on S2000's. The car moves out really well.

BUMP for a nice car.
