Supra

that is because you criteria. Under 50k is doable yes but not easy. When you think there where only ~8000 TTs every sent to the U.S. ~4000 were 6spds and now being 11-15 years old how many of those cars have under 50k on them? Its a tough catch for sure. If you wait it out you will find it though

I see your in NM. Most of my friends including myself have or have owned supras before. They are amazing cars, but be expecting to invest a lot more into it beyond the purchase price. They are money pits, but if you have the money they are amazing cars. I have a friend that builds, sells and tunes supras for a living. He's is bad *** at what he does. I also know another guy that sells them, or used too anyways. Just get in touch with the locals or pm me. Maybe your supra will pop up if enough supra people know what to keep an eye out for.
For under 50k and 6 speed, clean title, good motor, and stock, you are going to be paying a pretty penny for a 15 year old car. The 94-96 will be cheaper, but harder to find. The 97 and 98 is more desired and more expensive. If you can spend into the low 40k mark, you'll be fine prolly. Color combos, transmission, hardtop and history will be the reason some are more expensive than others. Mine was a 94, red, TT, black interior, auto with 46k when I bought it. All I did was put mileage on it and wheels and I sold it for 6k more than I bought it for. They are NOT a DD car. They receive a lot of negative attention, and are just not a practicle car to dd. But I guess you could if you wanted. I know no one out of my friends that dd their cars, actually I only know a couple that even ever drive them really. Just remember their are 700+ supras all over with high mileage. I personally believe low mileage on a supra isn't important, its more important that its a legit car. Too many people buy supras and don't realize what they are getting into. You're paying a lot of money for an old(bad ***) car. If it gets totalled, or hit, you're going to be really in the hole. Just some things to think about.

They usually sell for about $5-$10k higher than book. Unless they are some rare color or super high HP. For some reason the supra is a car that when you mod you gain some value in return.

Good luck with your search. Its def not easy to find a low mileage, good condition stock supra anymore...
Oh wait, I have one.
97 RSP TT w/ 30k miles

Definitely a good deal if it has been well maintained. Make sure to run a compression test and leak down test by a reputable dealer/shop. Its damn near once in a life time to find a MKIV 6 Speed with that kind of mileage on it.
