I contacted this seller, and agreed on a date and price. The morning of the agreed date, he backed out. I had bank check and cash ready to go. He wouldn't return phone calls or emails after that. It was a huge waste of time and effort.

Just walk away.

Nope. It was a very reasonable AGREED on figure. It wouldn't have been a big deal if he hadn't agreed to our amount.
