RECENT REFRESH!!! New Xeddy Stage 2 Clutch (still in break-in) with new t/o bearing. Since trans was removed and 4th was a bit notchy, I had the transmission completely rebuilt! BTW, don’t believe the hype, I never had any issues with my 6spd and Ive launched it here and there to show those domestics that there’s is a replacement for displacement. New Bilsteins, All new Redline fluids in t/c, trans & diff. Brand new set of Bridgestone REO1-R's (less than 500mi!). New front rotors and all new Carbotech pads all the way around. Completely detailed, pampered and prepared for sale.

A brief description of the car capabilities:

A visit to Autobahn, I was doing laps with a Lamborghini Gallardo LP-560 chasing me. It was quite entertaining the first time we came onto the back straight and he pulled out expecting to blow my doors off. Needless to say, he tucked right back behind me. We did an entire 20 minute session with him trying to keep up. He is a very experienced driver from Stradale Motorsports. After the session he shouted "What the hell did you do that car?!?!"

Are there faster ones? Of course, but this wasn’t meant to be a drag car. But with 500+whp on the race gas map with 110 and 400+whp on 93 map the car will definitely be one of your neighborhoods fastest. My goal was to build the ultimate DD, year round driven, good gas mileage, drive like stock to work (that’s why it has a AEM EMS and tuned by Chris Black @ AMS!), all while having the ability to terrorize super cars on the track. Never been to the strip with it, but have pulled on many crotch rockets.

When the trans was rebuilt were the internals beefed up with shot peening, cryotreating, etc or just replaced with stock parts?

All rebuilt with good ol Mitsubish parts. Was good enough for 40K miles and trans only had a slight grind in 4th.
