Tbelt was done at 25k and 50k miles. Brakes were all replaced about a year ago. Mobil 1 oil changed every 2500, transmission fluid changed every 5k. Previous owners brother has been a certified Mitsu tech for ~8 years, he handled any dealer maintenance it had done.
A lot of difficult but necessary mods are already done for you. The clutch, valve springs, head studs, and ACD transfer case rebuild are the big ones. If you are planning to do these things anyway, save yourself the labor, time, and money. The car is currently running 20-21 psi on a moderate tune.
Mod list:
-Exedy HD twin disc clutch
-ShepTrans built ACD transfer case
-ARP headstuds and mitsu metal MLS head gasket
-BC valve springs, ready for whatever cam you want
-BR ceramic coated tubular O2 housing
-BR front motor mount
-BR lower intercooler pipe modded to fit stock fmic
-Walbro 255 fuel pump
-K&N filter
-Miscellaneous small weight reductions, car weighs as little as 3100 depending on what's in the car
-Dunlop Dirrezza Z1 Sport Star Specs
-17x8 gloss black rota boost wheels with blue muteki lugs
-Start safety switch bypass mounted on bottom of dash to enable/disable the clutch switch
-Tanabe concept g blue turboback with UR test pipe
-Tanabe GF210 lowering springs
-Hallman MBC
-EVO9 BOV
-Polished stock UICP
-BR shifter bushings
-42 Draft Designs DIN gauge panel with SW Boost and Oil Pressure gauges.
-Polk Audio DB6500s up front, with tweeter mounted to inside mirror panels and crossovers mounted behind door panel
-Polk Audio DB650s in the rear (F+R speakers mounted on 1/8th" plates)
-Pioneer head unit.
The paint is in great shape except for the small chips on the front end typical of a car with a lot of highway mileage. There is one small dent on the right rear quarter panel (no paint damage there)and one small dent on driverfornt fender. The car gets washed weekly, and previous owner clay bar and waxed ~4 times per year. I have done it twice since march. The interior is in excellent shape. All stock parts including rims included.

GL man
I too wish I could afford another Evo and would be all over this one too...
But Finally made a smart move and decided to go back to school Full time and work part time... If I was done with school or didn't have to pay for it I would be on this thing. GL Man this is really a good deal for a clean car.
