Just like the title says I'm looking for another evo IX since I need a new daily driver for this winter. I'd prefer to find one in black or white but I will consider other colors depending on the deal. The most important factors to me are the miles, condition, and the history of the car. I'm only looking for ones that are perfect or damn near close. No accidents, repaints, salvage titles, etc. Also, I'm interested in those that have never been tracked, dragged, launched, driven hard, etc.

I'd prefer to find one unmodded except for maybe cosmetic and suspension mods (wheels, coilovers, JDM rear, tint, ICE, and front lips are okay), I may consider ones with light performance mods if the car is MINT and the deal is right. West coast cars are at the top of my list but I'm willing to travel for the right car and the right deal. I'm looking to spend around $20-23k but will consider going higher if I feel the car is worth it (i.e. low mileage MR) or has specfic mods that justify the price such as nice wheels and a good set of coilovers.

Let me know what you guys have asap as I'm ready to buy now... I have cash in hand so no BS bank checks or time wasting.
