Im currently looking into buying a house and the Evo isnt helping.. So im trying to see what the market is to get rid of it. I really dont want to get rid of it.. but i might have too

Aftermarket 8000K Hids
Replaced clutch ACT HDDS has about 2k miles on it.
Interior:
Stock mint everything, has a flip out pioneer headunit with navi
Comes with two sets of wheels.. the stock ones and a set of Volk Gt-s 19" wheels with 255/30/19 Pirelli P-Zero's.
The car has no issues at all and runs great.. brought it to the track a few times after making small changes to get a base time.. Best run was last season at Thompson and it ran an 11.8@112.
But like it says the car is in mint condition, never leaves the garage..
Im looking to get aroun 26500 for it.. seems high but the kbb is 24-25K and the wheels alone were over 3k
