Your head flange is rusting. It is the piece that connects the runners on your manifold to your head. ETS saves money by making parts with cheap mild steel.

I have no place in here, I'll admit that. I am sorry that my presence in this thread is of no use to you, the OP. I however am not an idiot, that goes without saying. I'll keep my head out of here out of respect but I would recommend having this thread deleted, detail the car, take quality pictures and re-list for a reasonable price. You still are going to lose. You should have known that when investing $30,000+ into a $30,000 car is very foolish if you think you can sell it as a package and recoup value of the mods unless your car is rediculously clean and has a stellar reputation. But then again, who knows if you thought about the big picture when doubling your investment into a rapidly depreciating asset. If you really want the most money out of your car you should return it to stock and sell the parts seperately.
Good luck. Seriously.

My 2 cents.
I have three friends with GT-R's. From my understanding, they do not come with free maintenance of any kind.
A bank will ONLY lend as much as the NADA says a car is worth retail. That's around 23-24k with your mileage. They will not lend (most of the time) if you say the car is modified.
Most people who buy Evo's don't have a great deal of cash on hand. Now if this were a Supra it might be different.
Why does it need to be tuned again?
