Anyone interested in an EB Evo IX?

2006 EB EVO IX w/ 16K miles NYC FS
I purchased my EB Evo IX brand new in March of 2006 and loved it. I loved it so much I went out and bought a 98 Explorer to use as a daily driver. I also went through a 2006 4Runner and now a Brand new MDX.
Long story short I'm 30 yrs old and just dont care about driving the car like I used to. I dont need to get rid of the car but its a shame that a car like that is just sitting there while someone else can enjoy it.
The Evo only has 16,9xx miles on it. Other than a K&N drop in filter and an ecu flash from dynoflash the engine is stock. It still has the stock exhaust as well. Oil change every 3 months with Mobil 1. tranny, rear diff, and transfer case fluids changed once a year. brake pads were changed at 15k as well.
So I was just wondering what this was worth to an enthusiast who has the need for such a vehicle. all NON-LOW-BALLING Serious offers are welcome. sale includes stock parts (wheels & Tires, suspension, sound system, tails etc)
The rest of the mods are as follows:
JDM Evo 7 Taillights
35% tints all the way around
Kaixen 6000k HID's
SE front lip spoiler
S2000 shorty antenna
Bilstein PSS9 coilovers
18x9 Mercury Silver RE30's w/Special edition Center caps
245 40 falken RT 615's (7000 mi.)
Defi boost, Oil pressure, Egt guages with control unit
Alpine head unit, Speakers, 12 inch subs with enclosure, 2 amps, and IPOD interface

Wow Didn't know Evo 9s are still worth this much. OP is becoming like me lol, I got rid of my 8 & 9 years ago, pretty much same reason
