Apex Silver Evo 8 - 14k, very nice! DC area
SOLD SOLD SOLD, check out my thread for the Part Out
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sa...-sway-bar.html
For Sale
Reason for selling: I bought a new car, I don't want to pay insurance on the Evo for just sitting there and looking pretty.
This car is 100% mechancially sound.
2003 Apex Silver Evolution 8
91,800 miles, 70% of it are highway miles
All stock for: $12k
ECU has never been flashed or tuned, original clutch, never been tracked.
All fluids has been changed recently at 90k miles and the full 60k maintenance was all performed at Atlantic Motorsports. Oil has been changed on schedule througout it's life.
With mods for $14.5k.:
Mods:
Custom Zeal XS coilovers w/10k custom Zeal x-coil springs (15k miles on them, no issues, and can be overhauled or have a new custom valving and new spring stepup at Endless USA) <---- these are very nice and well built.
Road Race Engineering (RRE) 25mm rear sway bar, 3 way adjustable
Cusco rear trunk strut bar
Hawk HPS pads
Stoptech front slotted rotors
ATE super blue brake fluid currently used
JDM Evo 7 tails
OEM Zero-Lift front diffuser
ARC induction box
JDM MR Diverter Valve
OEM Vortex Generator
OEM wheel locks
Defi D guages on center console (radio relocated) - Boost, Oil Temp, Oil Press
OEM blue peddle covers
OEM Evo scuff plates
Bridgestone Potenza RE050A (5k miles) currently on
+Original stock parts that replace these parts.
Finally, the buyer has an option to buy an extra set of MR BBS wheels with Kumho ASX all-season tires (10k) miles for an extra $400. I will not include these for free, as I feel I can sell these easily for the same price.
The car does have classic wear and tear on it for an 03 such as:
1. standard chips on bumper
2. brake caliper paint peeling
3. CF spoiler peeling and minor discoloration
4. small dent on hood from small rock
5. minor scrapes on corner of bumpers
the car is currently kept in a garage, but as of 6/26/10 will be moved outside.
thanks, let me know via PM or email: mike.dai@gmail.com

A few past mechanical issues with this car:
At 30k miles - transfer case replaced under warranty, a rattle was detected
At 80k miles - the idle air control valve was replaced with an OEM piece. The old valve was clogged up and made idling difficult under cold conditions.
Today, the car runs perfectly with these OEM replacement parts.
