FS (AR): GG Evo 9 MR - Fully Built

I'm thinking about starting another project, so I'm going to list my baby here.

Here are the specs:

Graphite Gray 2006 Evo IX MR (one owner --- I bought it off the showroom floor)
81k miles on the chassis, with only 3k miles on the new engine and clutch disc
Clean title, accident free --- meticulously maintained.

Never street raced, Never seen a track, Never launched.
Wonderfully built machine, and yes --- I never use it for what it's intended. I'm pretty tame, and it's been babied, and my driving record shows it.

MODIFICATIONS:
BR stage III block with the new design JE pistons & Crower Rods
BR stage III race head with oversized valves, BR valvesprings & retainers
Cosworth M2 Mivec cams
FPRed series turbo
Sparktech non-CDI COP system
ARP headstuds
AMS fuel rail
PTE 1200cc injectors
BR double-pumper
ETS intercooler piping (black)
Perrin FMIC - cast endtanks
APS twin-vent BOV (recirculating)
PPI Extreme Ported/Coated exhaust mani
PPI ported intake manifold

WORKS Aperture II Throttle body (w/ upgraded seals)
WORKS cast O2 housing (rare)
WORKS ceramic coated downpipe
WORKS Resonated test-pipe
WORKS Poly suspension bushings (full set)
WORKS CROX II subframe brace
WORKS Rear strut bar
WORKS adjustable rear sway bar
Whiteline steering correction kit (for lowered cars)
Beatrush undertray
CUSCO front strut tower bar
CUSCO intake pipe (blue)
Apexi CAI kit

Hallman Pro Rx in-cockpit mechanical boost controller
Greddy Profec B module (installed in armrest for peak boost)
Tanabe Sustec Pro-5's --- fully adjustable coilovers
Tanabe Medallion Touring Catback exhaust
AWD lightweight 2pc aluminum driveshaft
ShepRacing built and cryo'd T-case
Stock 6-speed (still flawless)
ACT HDSS with lightweight flywheel

Defi BF gauges with controller (A-pillar & glovebox)
Innovate Motorsports LC-1 AFR gauge (in cigarrete tray --- very stealth)
Dash lights changed to red (bolsen mod)
High-Output Alternator (Iraggi)
Orbital kit with double-din Kenwood DNX-9140 touchscreen satnav
Orbital kit HVAC relocation (the orbital pieces are painted piano black)
Alpine PDX-5: 5-channel amp
Alpine Type R 12" sub in an Audio Integrations molded enclosure
Alpine Type R door speakers (front & rear)

JDM MR headlights
JDM MR taillights
JDM rear bumper
JDM side markers - the REAL ones
SE lip
UK trunk badge
Volk Racing CE-28N 18x9 +35 Mercury Silver wheels with VR center caps
Girodisc magic brake pads
Tuned by Mellon on E85

Ah, so much to list . . . there's more, but it'll come to me.

I use Brad Penn Green racing oil, and have an FP in-line oil filter as well. And I've only used OEM fluids in the tranny and diff cases --- all changed religiously. Yes, there are a few miles on this chassis, but it is fully sorted and equipped with all the goodies, and a fresh race motor with only 3k on the clock. Jeremy Clarkson would easily call this car "Brilliant".

Currently, the car is putting down 512/474 on E85 at 38.5 psi of boost thanks to Mellon tuning (he's the MAN). This car is a monster, and has excellent driveability. If I go any farther with it, it'll ultimately affect the streetability in a negative fashion, so if there's someone out there that wants to own an Evo with over 70k invested in it for a fraction of that price . . . hit me up. I've got it listed locally for 28k, but let's see what YOU think it's worth.

I'll try to attach some pics soon.

Thanks, guys.

At the time I upgraded the FMIC, the Perrin was the only "large" intercooler that didn't require trimming of the undertray --- which I still had then. I later went with the Beatrush shields, so there's really no reason not to go with a BR or ETS FMIC now. But my power gains would be negligible given my setup --- unless I went to an FPblack.

Thanks for the suggestion, krisdlm --- any other support for the 25 to 26k price bracket?

Be honest, now . . . .

Nice car. I dont really know how to price a built Evo. Too many intangibles. I bought my GG IX MR for 25k two years ago because it only had 8k miles on it. I guess it all depends on what the buyer is looking for.
