Low Miles Evo 8 Tomei Arms, JIC FLTA2R, and then some...
Copying and pasting from an old ad...
Update: Found a X that I am interested in, so throwing this back out there (only FS while this X is available, so act QUICK). Asking 19K for its current state. Since the ad below (posted about a year ago), I've added close to $5K in parts: a TOMEI ARMS turbo w/ ported exhaust manifold and Tsudo test pipe. Also, full Injen hard piping and ETS 3.5 FMIC. FIC 750 fuel injectors. Also, Full EVO 9 black leather/suede interior. I'm replacing the IAC sensor this weekend because it is acting up--very slightly, but that is how I am with cars. This car has been babied and never tracked or launched. I work a very stressful job and this is my way of burning off some of the stress. I'm in Glendora. The evo is still in winter mode, so front lip and APR mirrors are off the car, as is the rear spoiler, but I have all of them (and stock rear bumper). JDM bumper is on there now.
Alfred from Tuning Tech tuned it last on 91 pump and it is doing 350/330 (24psi). Lots of power and torque and still 21MPG combined!! Oh, just stock Enkeis right now. Miles are at 73K. So roughly 9125 miles/year--this car is babied. I was getting offer of $18K previous to the new mods, so $19K for this low mileage evo is fair IMHO.

Buyer smogs, but I can refer you to a place (after purchase--no PMs about this place). You would need to throw the high flow cat back on (I have one from RRE). Full 60K service done--all belts, fluids, etc.
Old Ad:
I've driven 9s and 10s, the 8, by far, is the most raw version. No driver assists--this one is all driver. The steering input is very rewarding, as is the suspension. The car is tuned by Alfred at Tuning Technologies.
Mod list: From the top of my head, might be forgetting something...
EVO 9 turbo with 10.5 hotside
HKS 272 Cams int/exh
K&N Typhoon
Fujitsubo RM-01A (rare exhaust)
RRE High Flow Cat
Tuned by Tuning Technologies
JiC FLTA2-R Race Coilovers w/ camber plates
NEW Slotted Rotors, NEW Ferodo Pads
17x9.5 Enkei NTO3 w/ 255 FK452 (less than 5K miles)
Rexspeed CF Brake Ducts
Rexspeed CF Do-Luck Style front lip
Rexspeed CF Side Spats
APR CF Mirrors
REAL JDM Rear Bumper w/ modded crash beam
REAL Voltex Rear Diffusor from Evasive EVO
JDM HID Bi-Xenon Headlights
JDM EVO7 tails
Sparco harness bar w/ harness
All stock parts available. 300+ WHP. Dyno Chart available.
60K miles (now 73K)

It's a 2003 and yes--it has a Quaiffe Center Diff. (have receipt for it and almost all the parts).
I've received PMs about what mods are on there now. All the mods from the old ad, with the exception of the NT03s, are still on the evo. The additions have been the ARMS turbo, FMIC, UICP, LICP, FIC fuel injectors, Test Pipe and EVO 9 interior.
Interior and Engine Pics:
Sorry for the crappy i-phone pics, will update with better when I get the chance.

That is the law, but does everyone follow it? The last 5 or so cars I've sold, I left it to the buyer to smog (made it part of the contract). Of course living in socal, almost everyone I sold cars to has a connect. It's just a matter of wanting to pay for it and finding the time.
I can definitely work something out with the potential buyer.
