FS: MO 2008 EVO X MR PB with extras 29,500

unfortunately up for sale I have a 2008 evo X MR. I am still in love with this car and I wish it had a job to help pay for itself so I didn't have to get rid of it lol but as for right now I am focused on getting a house. NOW it's not final that the car will be sold if I can find a way around it. For right now though it's on the fence so I'm throwing it up. The car has been very well taken care of and is very clean! I am asking 28000!!!! wich I believe is very fair for this car considering the mods on the car. Blue book is still 28,900 for a stock MR. Which I understand that's alittle high IMO I'm not in a hurry and I don't care if it never sells
so I am firm on the price and I will not part out.
At any rate if interested please let me know! Like I said I'm not in a hurry and I am firm so if it doesn't sell I'm not gonna be dissapointed.
The wing was removed and I ended up selling it.
has nav with Rockford system right under 40000 miles

Mods are as follows
-Invidia stainless turbo back exhaust single exit
-Harmon motive intake
-Nisei one peice UICP
-AMS front mount
-Grimmspeed 3 port
-innovate LC-1 wideband - needs calibration
-Blacked out housings on headlights
-Forge recirc valve
-color matched engine cover
-Tien S-Tech springs
with new bilstein struts all the way around (((replaced by mitsu under warranty a month ago)))
-Enkei RPF1's 18x10.5 +15 with nitto invo 275/35/18 tires pretty much brand new!
-Prosport 52mm amber/white boost gauge in PSI
-Varis style front lip (there is a scuff on the bottom corner other than that it
it's in good condition!)
-Perrin Shorty antenna
-JMB Performance customer X oil catch can for the intake mani
-Aluminum evo shift knob and ebrake handle, really ties the interior together
-----car was tuned making an estimated 325 hp and 315 tq and idles perfect now unlike the stock 08 roms where the idle fluxuates. Feels very strong also
also have new stoptech break pads I will be giving with the car for the front. I got em just never installed em because the car doesn't need new pads yet.
All the leather peices including steering wheel get treaded with mcguires leather cleaner/conditioner (only leather cleaner/conditioner I personally like)

anyways on to the pics!!! Car has been regularly waxed and was claybar'd twice since I've owned it in december. Paint is flawless besides the normal chips from daily driving but still very well kept

GL with sale.. just an FYI.. KBB isn't always accurate.. if you wish.. simply browse various car website and Ebay.. and you'll get an actual idea of what a car will sell for.. Sometimes higher sometime lower.. I'm just saying if it doesn't bite.. it would be worth something to look into. Good Luck.

yeah I agree. Realistically I would say this car stock is worth about 25,500 to 26,000 but since kbb and nada support a value of around 28,900 I figure a fair price with all I've put into it would be 29,500. I'm not in any hurry to sell it. It's just that if I do sell it I get to buy a house finally lol. thank you for the bump though.
edit I'm not gonna add any more or get it tuned for more boost. I'm just gonna play it safe for now and leave it the way it is.

more random pics of the cars progess and me detailing it. The paint turned out very nice after I clayed and put wax/polish and sealant on it.
