2006 Evo IX
Electric Blue

first the bad:
-car has a bad 5th gear synchro, which I'm sure people are aware is a common problem in the 5 speeds. It basically just means you can't bang 5th gear without some grinding, but if you shift normal it is no problem
-the ACD pump went bad about a month ago and will throw a code on warm days, but not on cold. I haven't picked up a new pump yet, since it doesn't affect how the car drives for me. Good condition pumps can be had on here for $300-500 usually if you want to get one. This doesn't affect the AWD, but you just can't choose between the different traction settings. There are several threads about this issue on here.
-some of the interior lights have been burnt out since I bought the car almost 3 years ago. It never bothered me enough to take apart the dash, but I believe the previous owner wired the boost gauge wrong and took out some lights. It's probably a fairly easy fix once you take the dash apart.
-this car has been my daily driver for almost 3 years, and was previously in New York, so the car is cosmetically not perfect, and has a few scuffs/scrapes. Nothing major, but it is not in mint shape cosmetically.
-check engine light is on from having no cats. I have had the code scanned and verified as this being the cause though.
-one tire has some wear on the outside edge due to my front shocks going bad on the car and having to wait for coilovers to arrive. Tires should be ok for the rest of this season, but should be replaced next year I would say. This is the 3rd summer driving on them.
-drivers side mirror has had a slight vibration at freeway speeds since I've owned the car, but the car has been over 100 mph a few times and never had any issue with it
now the good stuff:
-the car made aprox. 380whp, 355 ft/lbs on pump 93 octane. It was tuned by Pure Tuning in Toledo, OH. This was on an extremely hot summer day, and their tuner Keith said the car would likely hit 400whp on a slightly cooler day.
-the full 60k maintenance was done on time by Speed Industry in Troy, MI over the winter.
-the car has never had a single issue with the tune/motor
-I have owned the car since 24,000 miles, so I have had it for most of it's life
-I know everyone says this, but the car is rarely beat on. It might see red line and full boost once a week. Everyone I know makes fun of me for not pushing the car more often honestly
-the car has been launched less than 10 times in the 3 years I've owned it, and I even lowered the stock 2 step to 5000 rpms in order to save the drivetrain from unwanted abuse
-coilovers were put on <1000 miles ago, and purchased brand new from Maperformance
mods(I think I'm remembering everything):
-FP Red w/84mm cover @ 25 psi
-optional FP oil lines to insure proper oil pressure
-GSC S1 cams
-FP 84mm intake
-Forge diverter valve
-walbro 255 fuel pump
-precision 950cc injectors
-DEFI boost gauge, with DEFI control unit in the glove box
-slightly ported exhaust manifold
-Hallman boost controller
-ACT HDSS clutch
-AMS FMIC
-AMS lower IC piping
-Fujitsbo upper IC piping
-AMS catless turbo back exhaust
-ported aftermarket o2 housing, but I can't think of the brand at the moment
-milspec throttle body shaft seal
-Fortune Auto 500 series coilovers
-17x9 5zigen FN01R-C wheels w/ 255/40/17 tires
-stock wheels painted black for winter use(will need new tires)
-ceramic coated silver calipers
-SE front lip
-MR style roof diffuser
-Fortune Auto weighted shift knob(ARC look alike)
-Evo VII tail lights
-blacked out sidemarkers
-tint on back 3 windows was done by previous owner, so I do not know the %
-new head unit for the stereo w/ aux in jack
pictures(some of these are from last summer, but nothing has really changed cosmetically since then. I will get some more pictures added up here this week):
Again, I'm looking for $18,000 obo, and do not want any trades, unless by some chance you have a BMW 135i you'd like to trade for this. I am pretty sure I've covered everything, but if you've got any questions about the car, just ask away.

Ask and you shall receive(excuse the iPhone quality pictures):
driver's side floor mat has a little hole where my heel rests
All 3 traction lights come on because of the bad ACD pump. You can also see the exact mileage as of today in this picture.
A few quick exterior pictures I took today:
A couple pictures of the scuffs on the car, since someone pm'd me asking about them:

Thats only about 45 minutes from me actually. It does not have any rust that I can see. It was driven through several Michigan winters, but I stayed on top of rinsing off the salt at least once a week while I've owned it. I purchased the car with just under 25k miles on it, so its been taken care of in the winter since then at least. I have ran into a few rusted bolts because of our salt, but nothing on the actual car.
