2003 2.3L EVO 8 GSR, 400+ whp mint condition!
Altoona, PA
Silver EVO VIII 2003 GSR 44k miles on body 5k on motor
$21,000 firm
This car is in wonderful condition! No scuffs marks or paints problems at all! Brake calipers are still the original red color too, never replaced! I bought this car in 2004 and have babied it ever since. Driving less than 5k a year every year, and the last two years less than 1k a year! This car makes over 400+ whp easy! Never had it to a dyno with the current setup on it but with the BBK turbo on the CBRD dyno in York, PA it made 360 whp (very low reading dyno). This setup makes more power now with the Buschur FP635 turbo on it.

Yeah it has the cast manifold on it, I went cast for reliability.
Stock transmission, only this ever done was a new clutch and fixed under warranty in 2004 back when the syncro's in 4th and 5th were bad from the factory if you remember that.

Thanks about answering my turbo question. I have a buddy putting down some nice numbers with the FS635 in Texas and have won 2-3 Import shootout events in San Antonio. Great choice.
The car is put together with nearly everything I want minus an upgraded transmission. I like the price and I hope the car is still on the market when I get things together. I am preparing to leave for Afghanistan next month and the earliest that I can send the funds would be early September.

Yes, I remember those issues with the transmission. I, for some strange reason, was able to dodge that bullet when I had my last EVO8.

I used the best parts available so it is built very solid. Also, I didn't upgrade the tranny yet because I was using the current clutch up before getting a Exedy Twin or Triple and Bushwacker tranny.
