I do not have invoices to verify the fact, but the PO insists that the 60k was indeed done. Because I didn't own the car at the time, I can't really answer that question with 110% certainty, but the previous owner is a friend of a friend, who I believe to be trustworthy. A visual inspection of the belts reveals nothing to dispute this claim, and the big box of diaqueen and ACD ATF fluid that he gave me at the time of sale certainly doesn't hurt the notion either.
In short, I feel comfortable saying that yes, the 60k has indeed been done - I just can't guarantee it as I didn't pay for or perform the service myself.
Also, a few people have noticed that I haven't had the car for long. They're right - I've had it for just shy of a month - but I'm not selling because I suddenly discovered some dire issue, or anything shady like that. Allow me to elaborate:
I previously owned an 05 STi, which I owned for about 2 years. I finally decided to part ways with it last month in order to buy a BMW 335i coupe. I met with a private seller, agreed on a price, and promised to sell my car the next day, and return to purchase his. I upheld my end of the bargain by selling my (only) car, but he suddenly flaked out on me and left me with no vehicle to buy.
I had to find something to drive very quickly, and a mutual friend happened to have the evo for sale. Though I was looking to get out of the 'turbo AWD scene' for a bit, the price was right and I desperately needed something to drive, so I bought the Evo, even though it really wasn't what I was originally looking for. The car is phenomenal (better than my Subaru was, in fact), but I'm just looking to go a different route... and hence, it's for sale. I'm a desperately indecisive car *****, so it's not uncommon for me to go through vehicles somewhat quickly.

Oh, and I just remembered the only other issue I forgot to mention in the post - the headlights are the slightest bit hazy. The 3M headlight restoration kit thats out there for 10 or 15 bucks should clear them up like a charm, it just hasn't really bothered me enough to address knowing that I don't plan on keeping the car long.
Also the PO painted the brembos and VC blue, but it wasn't the absolute best paintjob in the world, so I also have 3 cans of duplicolor engine enamel (primer, gloss black, clear) that I'll include - I intended to re-do them but haven't had the time.
Again - extremely minor issues; but I just wanted to be sure to provide full disclosure. Such little issues are the reason I based my price off of "Good" value, rather than "Excellent".
