I am not sure what you are asking, but it's tuned with the cams. The car came with the cams when we bought it about a year ago. I tried to offer to trade them for stock cams + money, but no one locally wanted to trade. Buy the car, and add the "supporting mods" you speak of.

The car has had no accidents, all of the body is original.

Correct me if im wrong but i think hes talking about springs/retainers. But i do believe the hks cams can be used with stock components

That makes more sense, but quick research would have found that answer. The do not require upgraded springs and retainers.

I know they don't require them, but it doesn't mean that you shouldn't have upgraded springs\retainers, just looking to see if you did though.

If it is of any interest, I would install another transmission for free, just pay for the transmission (I can get one locally w/56k miles). Or if my asking price is met, I will take care of the transmission.

I am getting contacted quite a bit on the car, but almost everyone has flaked.
