Honestly those pictures look like ****. Looks like u took them in a rainy day. If I was you I would clean the engine bay a little and get the car detailed then take new pics on a bright sunny day. Car looks clean but those pics are not doing it. Advertising is everything when selling.

How do you know the engine is in "GREAT CONDITION" i have not seen any evidence in your post to prove this. Compression numbers would help your case out.

Selling to the dealer is probably the best bet you are going to have for this car. Like said before Yellow is a hard market to sell. Car also doesn't have any real proof showing the motor is solid like a Compression test or proof of the 120k services being done. All this plus a clean car on the outside help sell cars. I have never sold or tried selling a car without some CLEAN pictures of it. Anyways GLWS to the dealer.
