Thanks... I don't have time to waste with random objections. Everything you would want to know about the car and condition is probably covered in the ad above and saves everyone time.
It also says no trades, yet people are still PMing me with trades.
Read the ad and all your answers should be there.
I have currently three people applying for bank loans and two cash offers but as of the minute its still available. It will sell in the next 48 hours so if you are serious, get with me asap

Selling my showroom clean 2006 Evo 9 SE!
$20,999
Pricing applies to anyone paying cash or that already has the funds arranged for the car.
Not interested in waiting for someones bank to jerk me around and waste my time faxing 100 things over.
Title is in my hand, carfax is perfect, ready to hand it over to a new buyer asap.

Why did you post this on craigslist in Atlanta and Orlando?
And for a grand less then your original price?
Reason for selling?

The problem with such a nice car like this is most people don't have the cash to buy them and require financing. But I feel you on your preference for cash deals. I'd be scared to accept a cashiers or bank check from some regional credit union I've never heard of and hope that it clears the bank lol
But this car is sick and a great deal for the price. Makes me want to buy another. Haha
