NC- F/S 05 Evo- SSL- Bone stock, 1 owner, Detailed Maintenance Records
There are not many left like this and am actually kind of surprised it's for sale. We all have to move on at some point I suppose.
Up for sale is a single-owner car, that is completely stock and has all the records you could ever need. There is a 3 ring binder that will be included with the car that details everything that has ever been done to this car with all receipts.
Info:
2005 Black Evo with SSL package (everything works)
104k miles (doesn't look or drive like it)
Clean carfax, no accidents and I have the title in hand
Mint interior- The inside is VERY clean. Shockingly clean for the mileage.
The only thing not stock is the wheels, which are 9 wheels, and 35% tint (which is legal in most places). They are wrapped with Continental DWS' 245/45 tires with about 80% life left. The car drives straight, no pulling, no weird noises, no bs. This car will pass inspection and emission. It also has wheel locks and the key. It has the wheel lock order card to go with it.
Stock clutch with no grinds (including 5th), lockouts, or misshifts. Great shifting car although I'm more of a fan of short shifters on these cars.
Compression was 150 in all 4 cylinders- I'm willing to get pictures if requested. I logged the car and no knocks or anything crazy. It runs like a bone stock car should.
It even has the front under-tray.
The car has a set of factory Evo 8 wheels (some curb damage) that will come with it if the owner so wishes.
The Bad:
Small hole in the front bumper where a front plate bracket had to be mounted.
Was a VA car so it has been in snow before. No crazy rust or anything on this car. Will get pictures of the engine bay up soon.
It has 100k miles so it has some scratches, but nothing crazy. The car is actually very mint for the mileage.
The under-tray looks like one of the tabs might be broken. It might just be missing one of the plastic screws (I'll get under there in the next day or so to check it out) because it's hanging down by about 1/2 an inch.
Looking for $17800. Most factory equipped, one owner clean-titled cars are going for over $20k in most cases (although some will have a little less mileage) so I don't think that's too bad of a price.
I will have more pictures up soon and the car can be seen in person almost anytime. Thanks for looking.
Will have some better pics taken by my Nikon soon.

Good luck in your search!! It's actually kind of difficult to price cars like this. Putting it in line with similar mileage cars truly does a disservice to this car, but making it too expensive means it will only sell to the right buyer.
I will say that I have never seen a car with this kind of mileage so meticulously cared for and a record kept of such. That alone makes it better than 95% of Evos out there. Add in it was all one owner, the overall condition is great, and it has never been modified a day in its life and you get a very rare car indeed IMO.
