-just turned 60,000 miles
-never tracked or autocrossed, first owner and i used it for commuting.
-I bought it with 38k about a year and 3 months ago and have been babying it ever since
-this is MR SE so it comes with 6-speed stick, interior stock except for radio,
- SE gives it the cool seats with red stitching, more aerodynamic front lip, and a set of shiny gunmetal BBS rims
-the car has a very mild tune i did with Franz from Diebold Autosport so it has some nice pep, think of it as stage 1+
here is what the car has for upgrades:
-arp headstuds
-megan 02 housing
-UR hfc
-k/n air filter
-walbro fuel pump
-RCE springs
-stock dp and catback
radio:
-alpine 9857 deck
-alpine amp booster
-serius module
-ipod interface/cable

recent maintenance: (all work done b/w 500-3000 miles)
-brand new ACD pump at dealer
-brand new front/rear rotors and pads (centrics and stoptech street brakes)--500usd job
-brand new dunlop DWS tires and alignment--750usd job
-timing belt and drive belts at dealer--500usd job
-driveline fluids--350usd job
security:
-car comes with viper alarm with additional proximity sensor
-ravelco immobilizer as well

- Jdm map sensor and zeitronix zt-3 logger, 200
- Fujitsubo rm01a exhaust almost new, 350
- Griffin intercooler, best core out there, 200
- Enkei RS5 17 x 7.5 rims with winters, 350

Sorry, after I read it a few times, I understood what you meant. You were just saying that the first owner and yourself used the car for commuting. Thanks for the clarification.
