I am selling my evo 9. It is graphite grey, clean title, 60,000 miles. I am the second owner. It has a stock turbo and motor. All maint done on time. Timing belt replaced at 53k by Mitsubishi dealer. Washed and waxed every week. Garage kept. Oil changed every 2,000-2,500 miles with Mobil 1 and Mitsubishi filter. Recently changed all fluids to amsoil (engine, transfer case, rear diff, transmission, power steering).

Modifications (anything not factory):
K&n drop in filter
Ets 3 inch front mount intercooler
Ets v2 lower intercooler pipe
Beatrush undertray
Hks turbo timer with plug n play Mitsubishi harness
Girodisc stage 2+ upgrade (front & rear)
Tre 12 plate max lock rear diff upgrade
Energy suspension bushings in rear
Bridgestone re760 tires (80% tread left)
Perrin shorty antenna
Window tint

Interior is easily 9/10
Exterior has a couple of dime size scratches and a little water spotting (previous owner) so ...7/10

Do not low ball. This thing mechanically is perfect, and has some expensive upgrades. With the diff upgrade this thing sticks like glue!! Never been raced or tracked. Was setting it up for the occasional track day but didn't have time and now I'm moving. I don't want to trade either so don't ask! Kbb is 24,000 and has over 3,000 in upgrades.

No. and No. I had an 07 sti I had bought brand new. I sold because this car cut my monthly payment in half. I lost my job recently and so I have to sell this car. I really dont want to but my wife told me to sell it.

I suppose I should've quoted the comment from the person I was directing my question towards. It was for the one who told me I need to have violence brought against me. He made a thread a while back about wanting to buy an evo and proved to be a troll of epic proportions.
