Stock for first 55k miles, Tuned on stock turbo with Bolt on's at 56k miles, Street Tuned on EF2 at 59k miles, Dyno tuned about a month ago on EF2 at 60K miles on 91 octane and E85.

All fluids done at 59K, Transfer case and diff = OEM fluid, Transmission = Redline cocktail, Brake/clutch fluid flushed, Coolant flushed at 58K miles, spark plugs changed at 58,500 by dealer, also includes extra set of New NGK plugs, Oil changed with 5w30 Mobil one every 3k miles or earlier.
Car is washed every 2 weeks, waxed once a month and detailed/polished/clay bar'd with buffer once a year.
At approximately 58k miles the car popped a check engine light and was taken to the dealer. I have a VERY good relationship with my dealer, so they told me the timing chain was stretched. The dealer had the car for 1 month and replaced all timing chain parts as well as pulled the head and rebuilt the entire head due to the fact that timing chain stretch can sometimes cause damage to the valves. I have all paperwork for this. The engine is under warranty for 12k miles/ 12 months from the date of the repairs.
This car has a new updated 2012 spec timing chain.
Leakdown test was all under 6% on all cylinders at 59,500 miles, done by a qualified Evo shop in the Bay area.
At this time I feel the car is a PERFECT DD, I have never tracked the car even once in my life and neither did the last owner. I have only taken it on weekend drives in canyons to enjoy how great it handles.
My reason for selling is to move on to something more upscale since I will never use the car for what it is meant to be used for. I enjoy driving this car but sadly I don't have time for it as much as I would like and I barely drive it (My commute is 2 miles each way). I have also recently gotten married, and I will have to put the hobby (Cars) on hold for a while for family reasons.
This car needs NOTHING. This Setup will run for many miles, especially knowing the dealership just refreshed the engine and gave me a solid report on things.
As far as tuning and advice, car is tuned by Bakaunchi. I have always been very careful about everything done to this car and asked advice/Input from all gearheads, tuners on here. I'm sure Hollywood, Chet, Clipse, Bakaunchi can vouch that I always ask a million questions on how stuff works since I love to have full knowledge of what's going on with the car. (That's how detailed I am about everything working perfect).
My asking price is $25,500 FIRM.. I will not take lowball offers. Please do not tell me that a stock evo is worth less because in that case I will turn the car to stock and we can work out a cheaper price ($23,000). Smog will be done before the car is sold but after you put a deposit on the car.
NO LOWBALLERS OR JOYRIDES. I will not let you drive my car without a deposit.
