FS: 2012 Evo MR Touring (Rally Red)

I'm looking at selling my 2012 Evo MR Touring with 26xxx miles on it. For those unfamiliar with the MR or Touring package:

Nothing wrong with the car at all, we are just moving up to an SUV. I still have all the stock parts in storage which will come with the car. I've tuned the car with conservative timing to 25psi. Runs very well and very smooth. I'm not going to lie and say I've never driven it hard, I've taken it through the mountains a few times and it has had dozens of 3rd gear pulls on the highway in order to tune it. It is my wife's DD at the time, so the majority of its life is spent on the highway on a 3 hour round trip back and forth to work every other day.

Oil has been changed with Mobil1 5w30 synthetic and mobil1 extended performance filters.

Just put new Bridgestone Potenza tires on it.

There is a slight rash on one wheel and a nick in the passenger side skirt below the passenger door which will be buffed off before buyer takes possession. It is actually on the bottom edge of the side skirt, so it is not noticeable unless looking for it. About 8 months ago my wife was driving in stop and go traffic and someone bumped into the back of the car and scraped the bumper cover and vortex generator piece. I have photos of when it happened if anyone would like to see the extent of the damage. Insurance replaced and painted everything. Looks like it never happened.
