2004 Evo VIII RS - Pearl White [Lots of pics!]

Hey guys I'm finally posting my Evo 8 RS for sale regretfully lol.
I had a feeler thread a few weeks ago.
So.. Here it is!
Its a 2004 Evo 8 Rs.
Right off the bat- the paint is the Original factory white but with a coat of Pearl Coating on top. It gives it a blueish Pearl which is very nice. I get a lot of compliments on the paint and often see people just gawking at it as i'm walking back to the car.
The car is originally a Florida car.
I purchased it from a guy in Indiana and most of the miles were racked up there.
The car served as a DD and has not been abused.
The modifications are mild it has been well taken care of.
There are 135k easy miles on the car.
I've owned the car for 5k miles and it has given me no issues.
I took it to Waterford Hills - a local road course circuit to get a feel for the car at the last track day of the year. the car handled better than my X. it pointed way better, i think because of the lsd in the front axles. less roll and felt way lighter.
Anways, it felt like the master cylinder was getting a bit weak (weak breaking in rear) so i changed out the master with a centric master cylinder and brand new oem proportioning valves. The front rotors were getting tired as well and i replaced them with centric 1 piece rotors. and its been very good since!
pictures don't show the back seat. i removed them recently but they are absolutely included and are in excellent shape. they're safe on a bed in my spare bedroom!
the wheels on the car now are evo x mr bbs wheels. i don't plan on selling them with the car for the asking price but i'm willing to include them if we can work out a deal. what i'll do is purchase a brand new set of xxr's for whoever decides they'd like to purchase. tires are brand new falken 612s.
