Things to know.
-Only used Motul 5w40 Syn Oil
-Maintenance is up to date. Timing belt service done at 90K
-Valve cover gasket replaced at 90k along with other hoses sensors gasket and belts that wear out.
-Drivetrain and brakes fluid serviced at 100k
-injector seals & seats were replaced at 105K
-intake manifold gasket replaced at 106K
-Throttle body seals and gasket replaced at 105k
-New Drive belt installed at 105k
-Windshield cracked. But will pass inspection
-Paint missing on bottom of driver/passenger side doors, and front lip (Came off when vinyl stickers were removed)
-Rear trunk has small dent.
-AC has been removed.
Car has a very solid foundation to build upon if you want High HP or a fun DD/ weekend track car.

No civics, no FWD. Cars of lesser value cash will be needed on top.
