FS:2008 White Evo X GSR W/Aero Kit Package and Wingless 85k miles $19,900
VIN # JA3AW86V88U048367
Up for sale is my daily driver for the last 2 and a half years. I purchased the car in March of 2013 stock with 56,xxx miles and planned on never selling it. I am in the process of purchasing a house and need just a bit more funds to get me into the home. It was a hard decision, but parting with the car is best thing for me to do at the moment investment wise. Car is in good shape. It's not perfect, it's been daily driven most of it's life, but well taken care of. Has typical rock chips for an Evo of this year/ miles. Few aftermarket parts are on the car currently. My loss is your gain. The car currently has the MR Wingless Trunk lid and comes with the much desired factory Aero Kit Package that includes front lip, side skirts and rear bump spats most Evo X owners are looking for.
When I bought the car it had just had the OEM clutch replaced with a very nice Exedy one and a few other mods that I have installed as well which include the following:
Exedy Twin Disc HD Clutch
StopTech Sport Brake Kit Front and rear Slotted Rotors with Street Performance Pads
APR Carbon Fiber Vortex Generator
Whiteline 27mm Front Sway Bar with Endlinks
Whiteline Front Roll Center Kit
JDM Evo X RS Fog Deletes
Wingless MR Trunk Lid
None HID Headlights
Factory Aero Kit
Rally Armor Mud Flaps
AMS Motor Mounts
AMS Shifter bushing
The good:
Engine oil was recently changed, Trans, rear diff, and transfer case all serviced in the last 5000 miles. Brand new factory air filter a newer low mileage turbo installed with all new gaskets. The ACD Pump System was rebuilt and upgrade last summer to fix the typical ACD pump issues common on the early Evo X's. I also just replaced the timing chain with the updated new timing chain to take care of the dreaded timing chain stretch on the early Evo X's. New windshield from Last spring no cracks or major chips. Compression tested good at 105-115psi and leak down test showed 3-5% in all 4 cylinders. I also just had all of the factory recalls taken care of so the car is up to date with maintenance.
The bad:
The rear diff has a small leak and seems to be from the crush washer, but haven't had to to look for sure. I have more diff fluid that will be include with the car to re-service it if needed. Front end has rock chips being an 8 year old car with over 85k miles. Stock wheels are not perfect finish wise, but are straight not bent at all with good tires. Tires have about 50% life left in them. One small dent in the passenger side quarter panel that could easily be fixed by a PDR (paint less dent repair) and the dash has a small spot of double sided tape and mount screws where I had my COBB AccessPort tuner mounter (No longer have that),but I do recommend getting one to have a better tune with more power for your car and to get better fuel economy.
That is all I can think of for now and it has been pretty straight forward with all the car offers. I do have another trunk lid that is optional for the buyer that will allow for a factory wing or aftermarket wing to be mounted to it. that can be included for my asking price. Miles will continue to go up as I am still daily driving this.
I am asking $19,900 FIRM.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks for looking.
